Cleaning & maintenance
1. BEFORE COOKING: Heat the pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. A small amount of oil or butter is enough to lightly grease your cooking surface.
2. DURING COOKING: Use a low to medium-high setting to ensure a smooth cooking experience and protect the coating of your pan. Avoid high temperatures to maintain the performance and lifespan of the pan.
3. AFTER COOKING: Let the pan cool completely before washing it by hand in warm water with a mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place the pan in the dishwasher, as this can damage the ceramic coating.
