Where is my recipe book
We will send our recipe books digitally to you by email after ordering. If you do not see this in the email, please contact us.
My blender is not working?
The blender is equipped with a safety system where the glass jar and lid must be properly in place before the blender can be switched on.
How does the floating top plate of the contact grill work?
The floating top plate can be adjusted horizontally by pushing down or pulling up on the front or back of the top plate. The spring on the back of the grill will make this possible and guide the minimum and maximum size.
