General Terms and Conditions Safecourt Kitchen

1. General
   These terms and conditions apply to all promotions, discount campaigns and cashback campaigns organised by Safecourt Kitchen, unless otherwise stated in specific campaign communication.
2. Conditions of participation
   Promotions are only valid for consumers aged 18 or over, residing in the Netherlands or Belgium, unless otherwise stated. Business purchases, resellers and wholesalers are excluded from participation. Per promotion, participation is limited to a maximum of 3 registrations per household.
3. Promotion period
   The duration of the campaign is clearly stated for each promotion. Purchases outside this period are not eligible. Registration for cashback campaigns must be completed within the specified period.
4. Proof of Purchase and Registration
   Participants must upload an original proof of purchase and a clear photo of the product sticker or barcode via the specific Safecourt Kitchen promotion page. Only purchases of participating products will be eligible for the promotion.
5. Cashback Payout
   Upon approval of the registration, the cashback amount will be transferred to the specified account number within 4 to 6 weeks. Safecourt Kitchen is not responsible for errors in the data provided or for delays beyond its control, such as banking processes.
6. Non-combinable promotions
   Discounts and cashback promotions cannot be combined with other current promotions or offers, unless stated otherwise in the promotion conditions.
7. Liability
   Safecourt Kitchen is not liable for any damage, loss or costs resulting from participation in the promotion. This also includes situations in which technical failures or circumstances beyond the control of Safecourt Kitchen affect the execution of the promotion.
8. Changes and Termination
   Safecourt Kitchen reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign in the interim or to end the campaign prematurely if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner via the campaign page.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
   The personal data collected in the context of the campaign will be used exclusively for the handling of the campaign. For more information about the processing of personal data, see our privacy statement .
10. Complaints and Disputes
    Any complaints regarding this promotion can be submitted in writing to Safecourt Kitchen. In the event of disputes, Dutch law applies and disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
11. Information obligation
    Safecourt Kitchen is obliged to inform participants clearly and timely about the campaign conditions. Participants must agree to these conditions before participating in the campaign.
