General Terms and Conditions Safecourt Kitchen
- General
These terms and conditions apply to all promotions, discount campaigns, and cashback promotions organized by Safecourt Kitchen, unless otherwise indicated in specific promotion communications. - Participation Conditions
Promotions are only valid for consumers aged 18 or older, residing in the Netherlands or Belgium, unless otherwise stated. Business purchases, resellers, and wholesalers are excluded from participation. Participation per promotion is limited to a maximum of 3 registrations per household. - Promotion Period
The duration of the promotion is clearly stated per promotion. Purchases outside this period do not qualify. Registration for cashback promotions must be completed within the specified timeframe. - Proof of Purchase and Registration
Participants must upload an original proof of purchase and a clear photo of the product sticker or barcode via the specific Safecourt Kitchen promotion page. Only purchases of participating products qualify for the promotion. - Cashback Payment
Upon approval of the registration, the cashback amount will be transferred to the specified account number within 4 to 6 weeks. Safecourt Kitchen is not responsible for errors in the provided data or for delays beyond its control, such as banking processes. - Non-combinable Promotions
Discounts and cashback promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions. - Liability
Safecourt Kitchen is not liable for damage, loss, or costs arising from participation in the promotion. This also includes situations where technical malfunctions or circumstances beyond Safecourt Kitchen's control affect the execution of the promotion. - Changes and Termination
Safecourt Kitchen reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion or to terminate the promotion early if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner via the promotion page. - Privacy and Data Processing
The personal data collected in connection with the promotion will be used exclusively for handling the promotion. For more information about the processing of personal data, see our privacy statement. - Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding this promotion can be submitted in writing to Safecourt Kitchen. In case of disputes, Dutch law applies and disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. - Duty to Inform
Safecourt Kitchen is required to clearly and timely inform participants about the terms and conditions of the promotion. Participants must agree to these terms before taking part in the promotion.
