General Promotion Terms and Conditions Safecourt Kitchen

1. General
   These promotion terms and conditions apply to all promotions, discount campaigns, and cashback campaigns organised by Safecourt Kitchen, unless otherwise stated in specific promotion communications.
2. Eligibility
   Promotions are valid for consumers aged 18 or over, living in the Netherlands or Belgium, unless stated otherwise. Business purchases, resellers, and wholesalers are excluded from participation. Participation per promotion is limited to a maximum of 3 registrations per household.
3. Promotion Period
   The promotion period is clearly stated for each promotion. Purchases made outside this period are not eligible. Registration for cashback promotions must be completed within the specified timeframe.
4. Proof of Purchase and Registration
   Participants must upload an original proof of purchase and a clear photo of the product sticker or barcode via the specific Safecourt Kitchen promotion page. Only purchases of participating products are eligible for the promotion.
5. Cashback Payment
   Once the registration is approved, the cashback amount will be transferred to the stated bank account number within 4 to 6 weeks. Safecourt Kitchen is not responsible for errors in the details provided or for delays beyond its control, such as bank processing.
6. Non-Stackable Promotions
   Discounts and cashback promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms and conditions.
7. Liability
   Safecourt Kitchen is not liable for any damage, loss, or costs arising from participation in the promotion. This also includes situations where technical malfunctions or circumstances beyond Safecourt Kitchen’s control affect the execution of the promotion.
8. Changes and Termination
   Safecourt Kitchen reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions during the promotion period or to end the promotion early if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner via the promotion page.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
   The personal data collected as part of the promotion will be used solely for handling the promotion. For more information about the processing of personal data, see our privacy statement.
10. Complaints and Disputes
    Any complaints relating to this promotion may be submitted in writing to Safecourt Kitchen. In the event of disputes, Dutch law applies and disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
11. Duty to Inform
    Safecourt Kitchen is required to inform participants clearly and in good time about the promotion terms and conditions. Participants must agree to these terms and conditions before taking part in the promotion.
