Why is a bundle cheaper than buying the products separately?
Our bundles combine products that are often bought together. Because we have less handling, packaging, and shipping costs per order, we can offer a lower price. We pass that benefit on to you in full. With some bundles, the savings add up to €160 compared to buying items separately.
Do I get exactly the same products as when I buy them separately?
Yes, 100%. The products in a bundle are identical to the individual versions on our website, with the same model numbers, the same warranty, and the same quality. The only difference is the price.
Can I leave out or swap one part of the bundle?
Bundles are fixed sets, so it isn’t possible to leave out or swap individual items. Only want a specific product? Then you can order it separately via the other collections. The bundle discount is only valid on the complete set.
Does the 2-year manufacturer’s warranty also apply to bundles?
Yes. Each product in a bundle has the same 2-year manufacturer’s warranty as the standalone version. Keep your proof of purchase, and when contacting us always mention the model number and order number for fast processing.
When will I receive my bundle?
Orders placed before 23:59 will be delivered tomorrow for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping to Luxembourg and Germany takes 2 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on all bundles.
Are all products in a bundle really PFAS-free?
Yes. Every product in our bundles meets the Safecourt standard, which means free from PFAS, PFOA, PTFE (Teflon), BPA, and microplastics. We believe safe cooking shouldn’t be a marketing claim, but a given.
What if I want to order an additional item separately later?
No problem. All products from our bundles can still be ordered separately via our webshop. Many customers start with a bundle and add items later—for example, a wok pan, a wooden spatula set, or extra food storage containers.
