At Safecourt Kitchen, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. We understand how important it is that you can trust the products you buy from us, which is why we offer a warranty that gives you peace of mind. Below, you’ll find everything about our warranty terms and conditions.
How do you submit a warranty claim?
If you think your product is defective within the warranty period, you can easily submit a claim:
- Contact our customer service team at info@safecourtkitchen.com or use the contact form on our website.
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- Send photos of the defective product (if possible) so we can help you faster.
Our customer service team will review the issue and give you the necessary instructions for returning the product. In some cases, we may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection.
Our Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Pans
Coating Warranty: Our ceramic coatings come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We provide this warranty provided that the pan is used and maintained correctly according to the user instructions*.
Pan Warranty: The rest of the pan (including handles and the pan structure) is covered by a 5-year warranty. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and covers all defects that are not the result of normal use or wear and tear.
2. Electrical Appliances (Blenders, Milk Frothers, Coffee Grinders, Contact Grills, etc.)
General Warranty: Our electrical appliances, such as blenders, milk frothers, and coffee grinders, come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is covered by the Warranty?
Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that may occur during normal use of the product. The warranty applies only if you use the product in accordance with the care and use instructions supplied with the product.
What isn’t covered by the warranty?
- Improper use, such as overheating, using sharp metal utensils, or cooking with the wrong oil or food.
- Damage from wear and tear due to intensive or improper use (for example, using the pan at excessively high temperatures or using a device for commercial purposes).
- Damage caused by external factors such as water damage, accidents, or improper maintenance.
- Defects caused by commercial use. Our products are made for household use.
What can you expect?
After receiving the defective product, we will inspect it thoroughly and decide on the next steps. We can:
- Repair or replace the product, depending on the nature of the defect.
- Offer a refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
Return costs
If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs. This applies to defects that are not the result of misuse or wear and tear.
Warranty on Replacement Products
If you receive a replacement product, the warranty period for the replacement product runs from the original purchase date of the defective product.
