What does the function look like?
What will you do?
1. Increase Direct Sales
- Achieve a stable ROAS of 4+ on Google, Meta, and TikTok together with specialists.
- Set up, manage, and scale effective campaigns.
- Continuous creation of the best performing content.
2. Increase Brand Awareness:
- Develop a social media plan.
- Execute offline campaigns.
- Ensure brand and corporate identity consistency across all channels.
3. Website Optimization:
- Optimize website conversions.
- Coordinate website development.
4. Team Development:
- Assemble a marketing team of top performers by the end of 2025.

- Canva and Photoshop are your best friends
- You can turn data into action and visualization
- Have a good understanding of effective online content and spot trends
- You are good at maintaining uniformity across all channels
- You are creative and come up with new concepts
- You wake up with social media
- +2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
