What does the role look like?
What are you going to do?
- Outstanding Customer Service:
- Achieving and maintaining a Trustpilot score of 4.7/5.
- Handling customer questions at the highest level and providing proactive email outreach.
- Turning negative customer experiences around by offering solutions.
- Product Improvements:
- Collecting return reasons and suggestions for product changes.
- Spotting market trends and implementing improvements.
- Writing scripts for instruction videos and monitoring product reviews on marketplaces.
- Post-Order Customer Experience:
- Developing an email flow for the customer experience after ordering.
- Creating a brand experience through the packaging.
- Developing a loyalty program for our customers.
- Customer Intimacy Strategies:
- Developing and implementing customer intimacy strategies.
- Delivering top-level customer service, possibly with the help of interns.
- Aiming for positive reviews from every customer who has been helped well.
